Liz and Meredith have enjoyed drumming with each other for many years and have been facilitating drum circles together for more than 6 years.
The energy of these two women drumming together creates a vortex of power and energy.
They use the drum and it's ancient rhythms to promote healing, relieve stress, and bring unity.
